    Thanks for latest update. Not sure if it is just me, but the new proposal seems totally against the aims of the council. They included Kelvindale because of worry that the Kirklee issue would move further into our area. They seem to have removed the part of our area which would be most affected, but left Beaconsfield, which would be least affected in. That means the hospital parking will move up into the narrow Kelvindale drives causing another issue. Reducing the charge is pretty inconsequential, as few will be able or willing to pay over £5 per hour. Do they believe that by giving some concessions we will stop complaining?
