Silver Deal Active is Glasgow’s free Easy Exercise & Active Arts classes, open to all Glasgow residents aged 60+.

Easy Exercise Class is a coach-led class helping to improve mobility, co-ordination, strength, balance & self confidence.  The music used throughout the class also allows you to have a sing along and have some fun whilst exercising at the same time.

Active Arts Class is a coach-led class offering you the opportunity to take part in various art projects such as, Glass Painting, Candle Making, Jewellery Making, Card Making, Canvas Painting plus lots more.
