Our Community Sergeant David Taylor from Maryhill Police Station has been monitoring the pedestrian crossing on Kelvindale Road at Ferngrove Avenue, near to Cleveden Secondary School.

The road markings around the crossing have pretty much worn away, so he has asked the city council to repaint these as soon as possible, and give consideration to stronger GIVE WAY markings at the surrounding junctions. In the meantime he’ll be keeping an eye on the junction, particularly at school closing time.
